We believe the APC shouldn’t feel unclear or overwhelming. With the right guidance, structure, and preparation, passing first time is absolutely achievable.
Our approach is built around real industry experience. Alongside our founder Sam, we work with a network of MRICS-qualified professionals from a range of backgrounds including main contracting, civils, infrastructure, transport, and consultancy. My Story
I’m a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with over a decade of experience across the construction and property industry.
I graduated from the University of Salford in 2011 and have worked across multiple sectors including main contracting, development, and housebuilding, before moving into consultancy. For the past four years, I’ve specialised as a Professional Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent, giving me a well-rounded perspective from all sides of the industry.
I achieved Chartered status in 2019 and have since become a trained RICS assessor. Alongside this, I’ve mentored numerous APC candidates, supporting them through to successful final assessment.
Through Advanced APC, I combine first-hand APC experience, assessor insight, and real-world industry knowledge to help candidates prepare properly and perform with confidence when it matters most
